La Chouette’s full-bodied and fruity organic cider is produced with cider apples and chestnuts from French organic farms. The company’s cider is made from around 20 apple varieties, from the four main categories of cider apples. Naturally gluten free and with no added sugar, the award winning cider is described as being full-bodied and fruity, with good tannins and creamy, nutty hints. “An interesting cider with a lovely evolution of flavours,” says the company.
