Award winning cheesemaker Navalmoral launches new dairy delight at SIAL Paris 2022

Navalmoral is presenting its latest cheese after winning two World Cheese awards in the past year. The El Dorado cheese is made from 50% pasteurised sheep’s milk and 50% pasteurised cow’s milk, collected around the La Mancha region in Spain. Its authentic sweet and complex flavour, and smooth texture, comes from exclusive lactic cultures, left to mature under very special conditions for at least six months. The recipe was inspired by dedicated research and created by the company’s CEO and President Pedro Garcia Navalmoral.
