This is highlighted by the Global Food Innovation Barometer, the annual study by ProteinesXTC, the results of which will be unveiled this morning during a webinar organised in partnership with SIAL Paris. This session will be led by Anne-Claire Petitcol, Head of Business Development for ProtéinesXTC, with the participation of Xavier Terlet, Innovation Expert at ProteinesXTC, Grégory Dubourg, CEO of Nutrikeo, and Audrey Ashworth, director of SIAL Paris.
For the last 25 years, the with this barometer, ProteinesXTC analyses emerging trends on an international scale. This year’s webinar will review the main conclusions of the study, focusing on the drivers of innovation that will shape tomorrow. Among the major issues the webinar will address the rise of foods with targeted health benefits (energy, immunity, sleep), the convergence between food and nutraceuticals, and the growing place of the health industry in the agri-food sector.
This event is aimed at all professionals who wish to better understand the changes taking place in the sector across the world and anticipate consumer expectations. The Global Food Innovation Barometer is a strategic monitoring tool for identifying growth areas and adjusting positioning.
