Die Käsemacher adds seasoning and vegan novelties to SIAL Paris 2022
Northern Austria’s Die Käsemacher, based in the Waldviertel region, produces a variety of cheese and antipasti specialties using milk from local sheep and goat farmers and processed by hand. The company is showing a new line: Seasoning cheese – Mediterranean and Pepper, a hard cheese that has been matured for weeks. It is particularly suitable for refining dishes such as pasta, risotto, casseroles or steamed vegetables. Also on show is Peppersweet filled with finest Hummus, an antipasti classic now with a vegan filling.
