Revered raw-dried delicacies and durable sausages from Bulgaria

Dimitar Madjarov treated visitors at SIAL Paris 2022 to its range of premium raw-dried delicacies and durable sausages. 

A market leader in high-quality, traditional Bulgarian cuisine products, Dimitar Madjarov impressed at the trade show with its wide range of products, “first-class” fresh cow, sheep, goat and buffalo milk from Bulgarian farms and meat delicacies. 

Furthermore, certain products, like the elena fillet, trapezitsa roll, trakiya pork collar cured in paprika and garlic and panagyurska lukanka, are certified with the Traditional Speciality Guaranteed stamp, given to traditional food products protected under European Union law.

A signature product from Dimitar Madjarov is Lukanka “Madjarov”: minced beef and pork that is seasoned with traditional herbs and spices. It is a regional product, which is made from fresh meat and prepared with a 60 day drying period.   

Also worth mentioning is the manufacturer’s line of non-perishable sausages, made from traditional technology. There is chilled hand-boned pork and beef, which are offered with spices and seasoning. 

Then there is the company’s recently-launched 100%-natural series of “Quality Life” sausages that are made from fresh meat, ground spices, as well as live natural sourdough.  

Comprising beef, duck and horse meat, the golden selection from Dimitar Madjarov is another standout, with products like vacuum-packed duck pastrami and veal sujuk.
