In response to these trends, SIAL India is featuring exhibitors with ready-made meals and holding demos on quick cooking solutions; offering a platform for gourmet brands to showcase their premium products; promoting local and regional food brands that focus on traditional flavours, and featuring plant-based food brands.

What new opportunities will be available for participants at SIAL India in December this year?
At SIAL India 2024, we are launching a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) Zone, where QSR owners can hold product tastings. This will provide them with a platform to showcase their products and interact with industry leaders.
What are some of the top innovations and products visitors can look forward to discovering?
We have seen a shift toward innovative packaging and sustainable food trends throughout the past year. Visitors will be able to get insights into these types of products at SIAL New Delhi.
How is SIAL India strengthening India’s role in the international food and beverage industry?

What are your main goals for the upcoming edition of SIAL India?
The main goal for SIAL India 2024 is to expand the show’s role as a premier food and beverage trade show in India, while fostering both local and international growth, promoting food innovations and sustainability solutions, strengthening India’s global role, boosting small and medium-sized enterprises, developing knowledge sharing, increasing visitor numbers, and encouraging global partnerships.

Spotlight on the Algerian food industry at Djazagro
SIAL India is just one of the many SIAL Network events that take place throughout the year, uniting food industry professionals across diverse regions. Among these global events, Djazagro stands out for its focus on the Algerian and Maghreb agri-food industry. This year the annual trade show brought together 23,000 professionals and 600 exhibitors, and in 2025 it will be take place from Monday 7 April to Thursday 10 April, 2025 at the SAFEX exhibition center in Algiers.
