You took part in SIAL Canada 2024… how did your show go? 
Participating in SIAL Canada 2024 was an incredibly enriching experience. We had the opportunity to showcase our flagship product, Drip Coffee, to a diverse audience highly interested in quality and innovation. The feedback we received was overwhelmingly positive, allowing us to not only capture their attention but also establish meaningful connections with other industry leaders

As gold innovation award 2024, what concrete opportunities have you seen as a result of your SIAL Innovation award (increased sales, new partnerships, greater visibility, etc.)?
As the Gold Innovation Award winner for 2024, the recognition has truly been transformative for our company. It has not only awakened significant interest from new clients but also facilitated our very first exports to Canada. The award has validated the exceptional quality of our Drip Coffee, making it more appealing to potential customers and distributors. We’ve established strategic partnerships with Canadian distributors eager to feature our innovative product in their offerings. Moreover, the increased visibility we’ve gained in the media and on social networks has enhanced our brand’s presence and reputation, further solidifying our position in the marketplace.


What has made your brand so successful?
Our brand’s success stems from our commitment to quality and authenticity. We exclusively use 100% gourmet coffee and cocoa sourced from Costa Rica, ensuring exceptional flavor. Moreover, our innovation in processes—such as utilizing food-grade nitrogen with Japanese technology for our Drip Coffee—allows us to offer a unique experience to our customers. We also focus on telling the story behind our products, emotionally connecting with our clients.


And looking back, what do you remember about your experience at SIAL Canada?
I remember the vibrant energy of the event, the enthusiasm of attendees when tasting our Drip Coffee, and the warmth with which other exhibitors shared their knowledge. It was also a key moment for learning about market trends and consumer expectations. The variety of cultures and business approaches I encountered was inspiring and motivated me to continue innovating. SIAL was not only a platform to showcase our products but also a meeting point for exchanging ideas and strengthening industry connections.
