Hello and welcome to the third day of SIAL Paris 2022, I hope everyone had a productive weekend. It’s been great to see the agri-food industry back together under one roof here at the Parc des expositions Paris Nord Villepinte.
Saturday, we had the pleasure to welcome the French Minister of Agriculture and Food Sovereignty M. Marc Fesneau, who applauded our industry and stressed the importance of working together to feed the world’s growing population in his inauguration speech. Our patron, the renowned starred chef Mauro Colagreco was also there to welcome everyone back and the day ended in celebration, with the SIAL Innovation Awards and plenty of winners across the different food categories. Congratulations.
The show continues in full swing today, with a wide range of events, conferences, key notes, round tables, discussions and much more. The atmosphere has been incredible across the halls and so please take full advantage of our fully programme.
