The new wave of fishless fish is here at SIAL Paris 2022. Good Catch is offering visitors a chance to experience its amazing taste and flaky texture at stand E189 in Hall 6. Products include plant-based crab cakes, fish sticks, fish fillets and salmon burgers. Founded by chef Chad Sarno, a long-time pioneer of plant-based foods, each product evokes the experience of real seafood thanks to a protein-packed six-legume blend of peas, chickpeas, lentils, soy, fava beans and navy beans.
