Artisan cheese maker Sartori is showcasing its latest innovation – BellaVitano Garlic & Herb – at SIAL Paris 2022. Its crumbly crystal-like crunch is similar to Parmesan in texture, but creamier in taste, bringing a unique US twist on the Italian cheese.
Sales Manager Benedikt Scholz said: “whoever has tasted it has fallen in love with it” since its European launch in August.
Sartori is also showcasing its MontAmoré and Old World premium cheddars alongside its award winning BellaVitano Espresso cheese at the show.
