French juice maker Coeur de Pom has been recognised by SIAL Innovation Paris 2022 for its new apple juice, with health at its core. Scheduled to launch in January 2023, the product will respond to growing consumer demand as a healthy beverage with 30% less sugar. Instead, the juice drink only uses natural sugars from the fruit itself. The brand, by Jardins de l’Orbrie, was also hailed for its non-alcoholic “Schorles” and its range of fruit juices in reusable bottles.
