It has been a busy year for L’Atelier du Ferment. The young company from Mayenne has moved into a new workshop, is working with wholesalers and launched its new brand Kéfirade. Produced with fresh kefir grains with no preservatives, additives or flavouring. Kéfirade comes in flavours such as lemon and fig, ginger and rooibos, as well as raspberry and rosemary and more, with L’Atelier du Ferment claiming to have one of the widest range of fruit kefirs on the market.
