Introducing appetiser waffles to SIAL Paris 2022
Pâtisserie des Flandres, a team of waffle specialists based in the north of France, claims to have created the new concept of waffles as an appetiser. The pastry shop offers mini butter waffles that are complimented with a Maroilles cheese filling from the Hauts-de-France Region. The waffles are ready in just five minutes, heated on the oven or on a grill. Pâtisserie des Flandres also recommends serving the waffles with salad as a starter.
