After a 40-year period of inactivity, Saint-Rémy de Provence has had its olive-growing culture relaunched with the founding of Moulin du Calanquet in 2000. The company produces a large range of delicatessen products, from flavoured olive oils to vegetable spreads, jams and more. Standout offerings at SIAL Paris 2022 include olive oil varieties such as Picholine, Salonenque and Aglandau.
