For SIAL Paris’ 60th anniversary, the show is launching the SIAL Taste zone offering a unique sensory experience and showcasing the latest food trends and innovations. An extension of SIAL Innovation, this zone aims to be a springboard for discovering culinary gems. From product tastings to chef-led demonstrations, visitors will be immersed in a world of flavours and textures, highlighting emerging global cuisines. Whether visitors are interested in exploring plant-based alternatives or indulgent delicacies, the zone will provide insight into the future of food.
In each 15-minute tasting, five products from the 100 selected for SIAL Taste will be unveiled. To join, all visitors to SIAL Paris have to do is go to the SIAL Taste area in Hall 6 and join the queue. The tastings will be hosted by Cyril Rouquet-Prévost; Author, TV commentator, producer, presenter, consultant, chef and Chevalier dans l’Ordre du Mérite Agricole.
