The Tuttopizza project
Established in Naples in 2016, this event has become a meeting point for Ho.Re.Ca professionals and pizza enthusiasts worldwide, celebrating the art of pizza-making. The 2025 edition will mark the first simultaneous events held in Naples and Shanghai, creating a cultural bridge between the East and West, all centered around a universal love for pizza.
The project is the result of a groundbreaking partnership between Tuttopizza, Regione Campania, SIAL Network, and Universal Marketing. Nicola Caputo, Campania’s Agriculture Councilor, noted that this initiative “will see the Campania Region as a protagonist and as an institutional partner in the SIAL Shanghai and Tuttopizza events in Naples.” This collaboration aims to enhance Campania’s agri-food sector by showcasing its world-renowned products, such as San Marzano PDO tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella, to an international audience.
The simultaneous events in Naples and Shanghai, taking place from 19 to 21 May 2025, signify a new chapter for Tuttopizza. Laurent Noel, Managing Director of Comexposium, expressed his excitement: “Naples is the basis of true Italian pizza, and for this reason, we wanted to make the event international.” This dual-location fair highlights the global appeal of pizza, which generated $148.6 billion (roughly €141 billion) in revenue in 2023, while staying rooted in its Neapolitan origins. As Donato Cinelli of Universal Marketing concluded, “Tuttopizza will be an added value for both events, bringing our beloved country more to the forefront.”
