French’s mustard and SKITTLES launch a mustard-flavoured candy!

In an unanticipated, yet exciting turn of events, French’s Mustard and SKITTLES took an innovative leap this summer to commemorate National Mustard Day, which fell on the 5th of August.

Collaborating for the first time, the duo unveiled an original creation: the world’s inaugural French’s Mustard flavoured SKITTLES. As part of the celebrations, fans could snag free fun-sized packs of this unique candy through an online sweepstakes or from pop-up events in select cities, while stocks were available.

A culinary voyage

Continuing its tradition of surprising fans with unusual, flavour-packed innovations, this collaboration marks French’s fifth endeavour to push the boundaries of mustard’s culinary potential. The company has previously experimented with creations such as Mustard Ice Cream and Mustard Donuts that took the internet by storm. This time, they’re serving up the beloved tang of their Classic Yellow Mustard in a chewy SKITTLES shell. French’s will also take its creation on tour up the East Coast of the U.S. in the ‘Mustard Mobile’, a vintage bus replete with giant Mustard SKITTLES on top. From Atlanta to New York City, mustard and candy enthusiasts can get a taste of this one-of-a-kind confection.
