The 2024 edition of SIAL Paris was the scene of a dazzling celebration of ‘Made in France’ through the Taste France trail. Conceived as an immersion in France’s culinary and craft heritage, the event gave visitors a chance to discover the riches and innovation for which French production is renowned.
Along the aisles, exhibitors from key categories – alcoholic beverages, dairy products, delicatessen products and fruit and vegetables – shared their passion. Among the stars of this year’s show were Brasserie Licorne, Les Jardins de l’Orbrie and Truffes Pèbeyre, all showcasing products combining authenticity and modernity. From revisited traditional recipes to bold new creations, each stand told a unique story.
Regional diversity was also at the heart of the show.
