ProtéinesXTC and Nutrikéo join forces to strengthen nutritional advice
Nutrikéo and ProtéinesXTC have announced their merger, giving rise to Europe’s leading independent consultancy firm in food strategy and nutrition and health
The new entity strengthens their ability to support players in the agri-food, nutraceutical and pharmaceutical industries as the sector undergoes profound change.
Combining forces for the benefit of nutrition and health
The merger of these two consultancies is part of a shared desire to offer enhanced expertise to companies and institutions operating in the fields of food, nutrition and well-being. Nutrikéo and ProtéinesXTC are combining their know-how in strategy, marketing and communication to meet the expectations of brands and consumers looking for more responsible and innovative food.
Complementary expertise for a broader offering
The new group is built on six strategic pillars: research and trends, innovation, scientific consultancy, marketing strategies, multi-channel communications and crisis management. This integrated approach covers all the needs of companies, from product design to market promotion. Each entity retains its own identity and geographical locations, in Paris and Bordeaux, while pooling their expertise to increase their impact.
Consolidated governance to support the food transition
Following the agreement, which was finalised on 16 December 2024, Grégory Dubourg, founder and CEO of Nutrikéo, will take over the management of the new entity. Antoine Mercier will continue as executive director of ProtéinesXTC. Together, they aim to support the transformation of the agri-food sector and meet the challenges of sustainability and innovation. With a team of 50 experts, this merger represents a key step in the evolution of nutrition consultancy in Europe.
