Finalists revealed for SIAL Innovation 2023 in Shanghai
Ahead of the SIAL Shanghai food trade at Shanghai’s new International Expo Center on May 18-20, show organisers Comexposium Group have announced the finalists for the SIAL Innovation 2023 Awards.
Known as the “Oscars” of the global food industry, the SIAL Innovation 2023 Awards are open to all exhibitors at the show and judged by an international professional panel.
For the SIAL Innovation 2023 prize in Shanghai, the finalists comprised a range of different products with key features including black ingredients for colour, taste and functionality, Hawthorn-containing product, used as an ingredient or as the main product, plant-based products, fermented or yoghurt-based products featuring pre- and probiotics, and indulgent products with a focus on multi-layered textures.
