Greek outfit Bikre is presenting its country’s cuisine at SIAL Paris 2022. The company, based in northern Greece, has a range of authentic food products, including pre-cooked gyros prepared with a local recipe. The gyros are marinated in pure spice and condiments, with meats sliced in a traditional way. Customers can choose between pork or chicken meat and doner gyros. “Our vision is for Bikre to continue benefiting from the trust amongst consumers and recompensing such trust by coming up with new, innovative and quality products,” the company says.
