Artisanal production remains at heart of Nduja San Donato

Nduja San Donato specialises in the artisanal production of the spicy and spreadable salami of the same name. The company, owned by the Pugliese family, is based in Spilinga, a town in Calabria, in southern Italy, the birthplace of Nduja centuries ago. Nduja San Donato, was among the first artisan companies to produce and market the original Spilinga Nduja and only uses ancient manufacturing processes, especially natural smoking and slow aging – with no preservatives, dyes or other additives.
