Frangus brings Portuguese chicken to the kitchen

Specialising in industrially-handcrafted Portuguese cuisine, Frangus is attracting guests at SIAL Paris 2022 with a taste of western Iberia. A standout product from the company is the trademark deep-frozen grilled chicken, which Frangus says is “100% seasoned and charcoal grilled by hand in Portugal.” The grilled chicken is cooked with piri-piri, lemon or orange sauce. The product is ultrafrozen at -18°C, which gives it approximately one year of shelf-life. “We are the chicken kings,” says Frangus. “Since 1989 we have known the art of grilling chicken well.”
