The Best of Award of Excellence has been bestowed upon Caviar Bar, highlighting its remarkable breadth of offerings from multiple wine-growing regions and its vertical depth of top producers. With a focus on superior presentation, Caviar Bar has demonstrated its dedication to curating an exceptional wine selection.

Brian Browning, the Wine Director at Caviar Bar, brings over two decades of expertise as a Sommelier to enhance the wine program. Browning believes that great wines should not only enhance the flavors of the food but also spark engaging conversations and create memorable experiences for guests.

Wine Spectator’s Restaurant Awards, launched in 1981, are the world’s only program dedicated to recognizing excellence in restaurant wine service. This year, 3,505 restaurants were honored across three levels of distinction.
