Lamo’ frozen Italian buffalo mozzarella cuts transport costs

Sorrento Sapori e Tradizioni, the maker of Lamo’ mozzarella di latte di buffala, is showcasing the product on two stands in various sizes designed to serve both foodservice customers and retail. With the tagline “as good as freshly made”, its bocconcini (small mozzarella balls) come in weights ranging from 40g to 600g trays. The Lamo’ product is frozen and packed without any liquid, saving on transportation costs. The shelf life in frozen form is 12 months.
