MeEat is the Finnish food tech outfit that believes in fermentation

Nominated at the SIAL Innovation 2022 awards, MeEat impressed visitors with its selection of ready meal sauces featuring fermented fava beans. The company uses a “stomach-friendly” fermentation method to produce its sauces, which also are made of clean and pure ingredients via safe production methods. The MeEat Tikka Masala promises a great taste, features plenty of plant-based protein and is ideal for consumers in a hurry. The sauce contains fibre, is lactose free, and has no dairy, soy or gluten.
