“Why can’t fruit be frozen?” asks Delicious Destination. The frozen food specialists will be at SIAL Paris 2022 to present a range of premium frozen fruit products, including the Frozen Mango Stick. For this product, Delicious Destination uses local, premium-grade mangos, sent to a factory that uses advanced Hyper Rapid Freezing (HRF) technology, without using heat throughout the process to preserve vitamins and nutritional value of the fruits, and without any additives. Other interesting flavours include coconut, custard apple, monthong durian and pineapple.
